I recently bought this and it seems like a good game, it definitely makes Crusader Kings more accessible to people.

Also John might be interested to know that you can form the kingdom of armenia now.

The expansion pack offer some new interesting content.
The bride finder is very useful I must say and saves alot of time.
Also some new events makes it intersting.

If I would take a guess I would say yes.
It's still the same as CK, just more events, minor face lift and some minor features such as the ledger.

I only found out about this today as well. Downloaded it from Gamers Gate tonight for 15 Euro's which is pretty good along with Napoleon's ambition for 20 Euros.

Anyone had problems with DV yet? I noticed on the paradox forums that quite a few people have had serious crash problems after a few years and not just random CTD's but continous ones? I've not had chance to play it yet but did have a quick peek earlier to look at the new interface! Ahh the Ledger makes life so much easier!

I havn't had any problems.

Only problem that I have is that Leon, in my game, is eating up the world.

I prefered the old way where vassals would go with the kingdom title holder.

I've had some fatal errors, not game wrecking if you use autosave.

Bought it, didn't play to much because EB 1.0 came out. Love the graphical overhaul, it looks so good in 1600*1200. I read that most of the stability issues happen on dual core systems.

hmm...after getting hoi2 + expansion, victoria + expansion and eu3 (no expansion for me yet, i cant play eu3 since my pc broke majorly, can play the previous 2 though), i think i need to get CK + expansion too just to see what the fuss is about
