Thread: The one turn siege, fix?

Default The one turn siege, fix?

Does anyone know of a way to do one of two things, either stop the AI from doing a one turn siege, where it lays siege and starts to build, then on the next turn it just walks away, or, decrease/increase the appropriate build point values so that the AI can build all its siege equipment on the first turn so that it will siege on the next turn.

For the first option, perhaps someone can point me to how to fix the random one turn naval blockades that occur and cause wars, perhaps they are related, perhaps not, would be good to know anyway.

For the second option, I looked for build points in the unpacked files but could not find anything that appeared related, “health” for the siege equipment was about as close as I could find, but that does not alter build point values.

    Thanks,
    M

What CAI are you using? I'd suggest Lusted's I rarely see this in my campaign playing Stainless Steel 4.1.

I'm using my own. I'll look at that one and see what I can adapt. Thanks
