adding captains to units ?

mm . First of all i am totaly not sure where i should have had posted it so posted in miscilanious . Question apeared in my mind after i downloaded deus de vulti ( hate on how slow it is tho but love otherwise) for kingdoms and saw units in there having captains almoust in each of them . Like centurions and such in rome total war . So after looking and not managing to find any sort of tutorials for it . I want to ask how do i add such captains to each unit on the battle field for example Maa(Man at arms , Venice/italian ones :p ) with max armor upgrade model

Just add this:
officer "unit you want"

below the "soldier" column.
