How do I change Faction Sounds?

I've created Ireland as a playable faction using Retrofit but when I click on the characters on the campaign map they speak French.

which file do i edit to fix this?

you need to allocate them an accent in descr_sounds_accents

I tried this and now my faction speaks english even though I added ireland beside scotland in that file.

Something else I should be doing?

At least they don't speak french!

I have unpacked and cant find that on data/ folder !!!
And after searching for it for hours no information on web how to make it visible ...

I think you'll only see it if you unpacked and you have Kingdoms installed.

I had the same problem as you. i had changed the line in descr_sounds_accents, but the voices were still the same. Eothese told me what you then need to finish:
