    Default Probably a bad install but...

    Hi all,


    I installed RS but i encounter a CTD. I installed RS Full 1.10b and then the 1.10c hotfix in the right folder but when i launch, i see the RS first screen but then CTD! I try with show_err but the same CTD without any error. What i must do precisely to make RS working?

    One of two things, you didn't install it in the correct folder and/or you didn't let the bat file run to completion (i.e. the command line window).

    ok i do wrong : when i entered in the command-line interface, when it asks to press any key to continue, i closed the window. Thank you.
