sorry for this inconvienece, but a bit of fair warning, if you cant run medieval dont even think you can run Empires, without some serious upgrades.

Yeah the next year will be spent saving for a new super-computer, the 3 months after that saving for the game... Maybe I should throw in some savings to buy my wife something sweet for all those hours I'll be on the game?

Save some money every month (80-100 dollars) and you will be just fine.

By the time Empire comes out I will have a new supercomputer.

That's the way to go for some of us, but to others saving a meaningful monthly sum is a problem, unless sacrifices are made

Do not start about sacrifices. I have to pay college myself, pay my own books, pay my rent, pay my cloths and still figure out how much I can I can set aside each month for my super computer.
