    Default a little confused...

first off this sound like a great game. I was wondering though are the napolionic wars included? I've heard the end date was 1820 then 1800. I'd be very suprised if there not. But even then empires looks like a must have

the napoleonic wars ended in 1812. it is still early to tell if they will be adding it but from what i heard it is going to be a pre napoleonic game

1815 actually... unless you're using Mel Gibson's calendar in which the First and Second World Wars began in 1917 and 1941 respectively.

If the games timeline ends at 1820 then the situation will hardly arise unless playing as France because the player will most likely or rather should be in control of most of the map by this point. They could implement a "Napoleon Rises" event, like they did for William Wallace in Kingdoms. There will probs be a few Historical Battle (if they include them) based on the conflict though, Trafalgar anyone

CA has specifically mentioned that Napoleon, along with Charles, etc will be one of the major "characters" of the game. I'm sure of his inclusion.

Likely dates for Aussie involvement or maybe members of his family. I could try to ask him since he has a ranch near Eugene, Oregon.
