I think his account should be deleted permeantly and his IP adress banned. He is causing far more trouble than most sites would put up with and his contributions are minor. Threats to the site should be taken serously - A post such as the one quoted above should lead to punishment.

Well said. His threads in the Q&S forum were little more then spam and were annoying many non citizens. At one point I counted 12 threads (out of a possible 20 on one page) started by him and he tells me he wasn't spamming??

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. In reference to the ToS, I suspect it might be adjusted soon enough. I don't like threats to be made against this site. On a financial level this has absorbed a fair whack of money. On a personal level I have met a few few people I consider friends.

I take threats against this site to be threats against all of us, as we all appear to have an unhealthy liking for this place... - imb39
