    Yeah I've been following this for a while.

    This dig is under supervision by some ppl affiliated with Archaelogy magazine (a great mag).

    Awesome! Can you imagine digging around and finding that? It would probably be the greatest experience of my life if I had. Hopefully they find enough to rebuild the statue.

    That looks so amazing! But I wonder what "copy" it must necessarily represent of which Greek statue! Sigh. Also, there is no paint on the statue, so much for those who kept insisting ancient statues were all painted.
