Faction Thread: the Schmalkaldic League (emerging)
discuss here the Schmalkaldic League of Protestant German states... it will be an emerging faction, linked with the Reformation movement starting in 1517

Re: Faction Thread: the Schmalkaldic League (emerging)
what is the limit for the number of religions in MTW 2? cos you could get rid of Paganism, if their aren't any free spaces. The protestant church could be made into a guild, offering the preacher and maybe happiness/economical benefits (due to lack of Pope)

Re: Faction Thread: the Schmalkaldic League (emerging)
my intention was to treat conversion (initial at least) by script
e.g. after Luther appears, the regions of Magdeburg, Luebeck and Hamburg become protestant (among others)... after that it'll be a battle of priests
as for the limit of religions, I'm not sure if anything has changed with the installation of the Kingdoms expansion... I'll have to research and report

I don't know if it is possible, but can't you make the HRE convert like Lithuania using the same script. I'm not a great modder, but it's just a suggestion.
By the way I'm looking forward to 3.0 is going to be released.
