Faction Thread: the Kingdom of Portugal

Portugal, at this time was a significant naval superpower. The discovery of new land gave Portugal large amounts of economic wealth without directly affecting relations in Europe. They should initially have good relations/allies with the Kingdom of Castille and the Kingdom of England. Probably the most obvious threat to the Kingdom of Portugal (land wise) is Castille. The Kingdom of Castille basically surrounds Portugal and the only way to control Iberia is by defeating the threat. However, to avoid this, Portugal must turn to it's navy.
Missions to control cities located in North Africa would give the Kingdom large amounts of monetary aid. I think the objective of Portugal would to defeat the Kingdom of Fez and the kingdom of Castille and the County of Aragon and gain control of the Iberian!!
