M2: China (Dynastsy Wars) (Alpha)

Everyone I downloaded this mod years ago and deleted it because it had almost no content. It has no new units, and the map was either unfinished or hadn't been started. You're not missing anything.

If you want to recreate this mod just rename some factions and make a map of China with 100 regions because that's all this mod was.

Right on. Never could find anyone to do any skins so I let it die. There were some screens out there but it didn't really matter, as I couldn't trump up anyone with artistic ability.

Make a map, create some regions, modify some text files to change kingdom and religion names, and off you go.

Now if I knew anyone who wanted to reskin agents and towns, we'd be talking turkey.

Maybe you could add your china map to the resources section then?

Someone may wish to work on it again and that would ensure your time spent on the map meant something!

Look, everyone. Can we please not keep reviving this?

Here's the Breakdown: It's been dead for a couple years, which is as long as people have been asking for a reupload. The general consensus is that it was basically Vanilla M2 with a China map, which I appreciate the author making, but it wouldn't be worth your time to play. The author stated he let it die, and has not been on TWC in a very long time. I'd say there's no chance of him reuploading this. So please people, don't keep reviving this, because people will keep thinking that there's a way to revive it, when I very much doubt there is.

I would've appreciated the author releasing the map as a resource, but I don't see that happening.

The mod was not even in the Alpha. It was missing both the map and any units that might have been made. The mod is long gone and there is 0.00000000000000000000% chance that it will come back.

If anybody has a version of this mod, please upload it to a new thread. Until then...
