    Yeah, I was wondering the same thing. Why don't they just include these tools in the "Tools" folder, where they would logically be found, in a simple click-to-use form?

    This appears to explain everything well enough. I have the Battle Editor working, but I didn't attempt the CinEd, because it seems much more difficult, and I'm not really interested in it anyway.
