OH,sorry brothers but you know that Georgian kingdom lived only 40 years.Is it right to make it as a whole faction because at that times there were very many little kingdoms which lived so short.

Georgian kingdom lived much longer, though it wasn't completely independent - as every state was a vassal to someone else. And being an empire didn't have to mean anything, as we can see in case of Kara Khitan and Khwarazmian empires, e.g. So, yes, that's completely okay that Georgia is in game.
