A little help please

Hi,

I was a very active member here with RTW, now that I'm playing MTW2 I might just be coming back lol.

I have some questions that probably are already in some other thread, however please just give me the link or the answer,

I'm just starting to play MTW2, I maganed to edit the 'HUD' and it's great, I'm not thinking on downloading a mod for the moment, however I would like to know how to disable that annoying message that appears each time i put the mouse over a unit, I hate it, and another thing, I love the music or RTW and I would like to hear it too WITH the music of MTW2, the two together.
Could anybody tell me how?

I don't know how to merge the music of RTW and M2TW. But by annoying messages do you mean the advisor? Because that can be turned off by going to game options and putting adivse level on none. But if you mean the thing they say when you click them. Like the unit saying "Jannisary musketeers" when you select that unit?

@ Saibot; Yes, the message that appears when you click or put the pointer on a unit,
there is not problem with the advisor, I press 'X' and it stops

and btw I have seen how the 1.2 patch is about 600Mbs, is it recommended?

Yeah that patch is definitely recommended. It fixes lots of bugs, you might have noticed the Ballista tower bug already since I guess you're using 1.1 right now. Ballista towers will shoot cannonballs while cannon towers will shoot bolts. The patch fixes a lot of bugs + it will tweak some of the unit stats, like making JHI a little less overpowered against armoured units.

The box in battles that comes over units, like with "tired" or "eager"? You can't disable that to my knowledge, and besides, it's useful on enemy units.
