No they wont, because there is no such thing as papal states in the mod. Papal states faction is removed.
Crusades wont be in, I think. But jihads will, but they will be extra super duper rare.
If you read through some of the stickied threads for example, you might get your answer... rather then creating a new thread.

If KoJ gets in trouble and loses either Acre, Jaffa or Jerusalem a crusader army will be spawned based on some historical characters. Read the campaign thread for discussion on the issue. But there is indeed no Crusade option like in vanilla.
