Kingdom Of Heaven - Koj AAR

This is my frist CAE AAR !

My campaign rules are simple, theres only battles with king of general present, except if we're invaded and we need protect our lands (dispair).

Ill focus more in our economy and hurry the army upgrade units to take advantage in battle(s) less war more money = better army.

Main Goals are:

Protect jerusalem even if we need lose all cities and fight until the last men!
Control the silk road
Defeat the mamluks

Chapter 1

1080 - 1100 AD

Jerusalem is a recent kingdom, result of the first crusade, fragile and sorrounded by enemies.

King Godfrey De Bouillion its the king of jerusalem and hold the power over acre and the last defense the fortress of Al-Karak!



We've no chance in war we would be crushed easy, so our king have decided sent a diplomat to egypt and a spy to have a eye on them and know their moves, at same time he've ordered the conquest of ascalon and make it the first line of defenses on south.



In Gaza our diplomat have forge a alliance between our kingdoms and buy us time to build up our armies and economy



Its 1100 AD Ascalon its ours, no resistence and nobody have hurts our king have ordered a simply occupation, nobody ill be slave or killed, our reputation ill increase together with piety

At same time our king have sent in secret merchants to hold the silk road and a diplomat to forge a alliance with at least 1 eastern muslim power for a further holy war!

I like the story, But I still donät understand it what is an AAR?

and how can I upload pictures, last time I tried it didn't work.

I have one problem with your decision Ataegina, You " Occupied" Ascalon, you must learn from me ( USA) my child ( Israel) you exterminate or sack the population of new conquered territories!

I've opted by be good ruler, fair and the lands i conquer be ruled in peace (increase my reputation and piety)

Slow but nice way to prevent further wars and riots !! Kinda like, i've enough enemies, why should i help with future civil war O_o

Problem is around me theres huge regional powers, i can't go in war NOW i would be crushed in numeric way...

well actually you don't know if they are strong til you attack them, i suggest sending an army to Baghdad and Destroy the Abbasids! without any warning and then you should build a fort near Jedda for future war with Egypt

Chapter 2 - "Northen March"

After the successful campaign on south our king have continued your diplomacy estrategy this time among koj neighbours, at south egyptians have marched in our lands to siege damascus, we don't trust so we've recruit more mens in jerusalem and al-karak but nobody have attack...

Our newest allies are the Abbsids!



Less kindly was the Ottomans,arrongance ... those words would be paid in blood "Infidel" ...



Following the march to the north Tripoli was the first target...



Tension grows up between us and Ottomans, both desire Antioch but we can't allow such thing happen,and make them near of our lands or even a future invasion, so reward for the bunch of construction of churchs and chapels the crusade have been called!!!



At same time in the east the Silk Trade plan was running good , we've the control of the Silk in the Baghdad region.



Consequence of arrogance of the Ottomans, we've declared WAR to the Ottomans, they don't deserve our mercy!!



Antioch its under siege, our mans are preparing the assault, this ill be quickly and easy victory...




The crusade its over but the war have just begin right now!!

Chapter 3

Its 1132 AD our Great King Godfrey De Bouillion is dead, the heir is baldwin now King Baldwin !



But this one have receive a hard task, and at least to find out a nice and good heir, at moment this is the typical "possible heir"...

But to make this better and we've not enough problems with the ottomans theres a Jihad called to jerusalem,but nobody yet have join, also all muslim factions are in war between themselves ceasefire followed of betrayal......



In northen europe pope have called a crusade to vilnius, and our king have joined as good christian and protector of the holy land! In Result of this crusade we've defeated 2 ottomans armies and now we're marching to constatinople, also part of the plan to control the silk road! Lithuania was now destroyed!



After 8 turns of siege constatinople have fall, again our god king have opted by a peaceful ocupation, showing him piety!



In egypt our king have opted by another measures, since they're our loyal allies and we don't want start a war with them, we've opted by use assassins and 1 by 1 kill all imams and family members... until now the plan is working very well !!

Jihad & The battle of Jerusalem

The jihad have besieged jerusalem, but our lord of al-karak have sent an army to detroy this jihad, the enemy general have left siege but remain on our lands, with better troops and better moral this wasn't enough to garantee the victory, sweat and hard we did it, jihad was over but with heavy casualities for our army but jerusalem its OURSSSS !!

Which programme do you use when taking Pictures?

Just Print Screen, why ?

Because I don't have that damn button so I use a program, and the format the program tkes the pictures in can't be uploaded

well it kinda sucks having to alt+tab 10 times during a battle to take each picture... unless u have a very powerful computer of course.

fraps is a nice program for taking screenshots.

hmm i've laptop and i've key/button w/e you call it and its very easy and faster i just need press it for a second even 30..40x without screw my game.. and idk why this must be powerful computer !??

but zeph even fraps u need press F9 or f10, also program ill require ram.....

anyway i prefer click in prt sc and after check out my tgas folder and choose the best screens!!

I know, Fraps give you really good pictures, but it doesn't create the pictures to the formate you want, they can't be uploaded to the TWC. Damn, I would have loved to show my 90% accurate Mongol conquest and all factions I destroyed. Mohahah! ( I am still a child technically, don't judge me!)
