    Default Unnecessary?

Its not a big deal, but I dont feel this sub forum for discussion of hosted modifications is needed. There is only going to be a small number of mods that will be subject to continued discussion and I feel it should be with all other threads. The Mount & Blade community will always be rather small at twcenter and most discussion will take place in threads that have already been posted (tips & strategies, beginners guide, the tavern etc.) and as a result I feel that there is not and will not be enough threads or activity to justify a subfroum dedicated to the discussion mods. This could be just me, but I'm no fan of change for changes sake.

The only need, I feel, for a subforum for the modifications would be if a mod team made twcenter the main base of their operations (more than popping in once a while with announcements and discussions) - and that is unlikely; and as it currently stands the M&B forums would best be contained in one section.

You're right it's not a big deal, it only helps to keep things a little more organized and easy to find as time goes on. Because whether or not this subforum gets more member attention it will grow none the less. So now that we have a sub section for mods you will be able to request stickies for the most popular ones you like with out cluttering up the main section for those who aren't interested in mods. That way new people who visit are able to spot them quickly instead of relying on search or browse.

And to give you all a heads up anytime I move a post or thread, I'll leave a redirect up for 7 days. In any case this is only one additional click which you might have to make as pages increase anyway, unless of course you were as I do accessing threads from your listed subscriptions, in which case it doesn't matter.

So anyway let's just see how this it goes as it works fine for the EU subforum. If more members don't find this helpful they can pm me.
