it really depends on the country you're playing, and the general geopolitical situation around you , tbh...

Check the EU3 WIKI (Just google that to find it, although it may be down) or go to the Paradox forums. I am sure there are plenty of guides to such a complex game that can be so fun when managed right. As a recent beginner, I can tell you the game seems daunting at first, but once you get the hang of it you'll be fine, and the game will seem a lot simpler.

It's been down for a few days now . I always have it open so I can alt tab out of the game for a quick look (When it's working ).
