"M2TW: Getting the most out of your system" thread?

I know I saw one of these somewhere, but I've been searching and searching and can't find it. Feeling pretty stupid now. Does anyone know where the thread was or the post or something like that that gave a bunch of tips on how to maximize performance on M2TW on cpu's?

Basically a link to the tweakguides website; but it's the only relevant one of the previous stickies (now merged), so I guess it's what you remember?

It may have been that thread sapi, but I thought it had more M2TW specific tips. Like what options in video-settings give the most results/difference given certain computer specs or such.
