The Greek Army
The Roman scum!
As the battle began, the Roman cavalry divided into 2 groups, each taking one of my flanks.
On my left flank, 2 cavalry units charged into my archers and nearly routed them on contact.
However, the Armored Hoplites arrived quickly and easily destroyed the Roman Cavalry. Meanwhile, on my right flank, 2 other units of cavalry charged. I prevented this by moving my Spartans quickly in front of the charging cavalry.
Needless to say, the Roman Cavalry were destroyed on both flanks and his General was killed..
Seeing my back row phalanxes busy with fighting his cavalry, the Roman player orders his infantry to attack my front line.
A volley of pila hit my phalanxes, and at the same time, so did his front line of Triarii. The Triarii were easily defeated, and they were followed up by the Urbans.
As his urbans were being cut to bits, I flanked with my back row of hoplites, and some of my first row.
Seeing that his army was surrounded, he promptly admitted defeat.
Praise the Gods, and glory for the Greek Cities!
