Actually you did mention that in your first post but It didn't register. I do like Play for DVD's but their delivery is slow. I tend to use gameplay.co.uk for games and they are very quick with delivery. Amazon are the worst in my opinion. Hope you get it soon!

Take a look where it goes right now, and if it still haven't arrived into UK, take up the phone and make an angry call. Most of the time when delays like these happen, it's not postal services fault, but some problems with the sender.

Every order I've made with play.com has taken 3-4 working days to arrive even when it says it was dispatched the next day. I've made loads of order from them and nothing has ever arrived before at least a 3 day wait. Now whether that is the postal service or whether it's the fact that maybe they don't actually dispatch it when they say they have I don't know?

There have also been a few occasions where there have been pre-order incidents and games from play.com and amazon where the games haven't arrived by the release date. I remember the MTW2 release.... There will still be a thread on here somewhere with lots of people complaining about the time they took to receive their copy of the game lol. Many of those were from play. I don't think a 3-4 day wait is uncommon with Play.com for any item.
