Compatibility issues

I have Russian RTW version which also includes BI. I guess if I try to install one of the mods I am bound to have compatibility issues, unless the game can be easily converted to English version? Any insight?

2. I actually don't know. never thought about that one... maybe making a copy of a clean RTW 1.2, and then try RTR Gold to one of these...

If you have RTW with BI I doubt if you will be able to play RTR 6 Gold as it requires RTW patched to 1.2. I am sure that the version of RTW you have will be later than that.

To confirm the version you have - launch the game and the option should be shown on the top right hand side of the options menu.

I think your only option will be to patch the RTW game to 1.5 or the RTW BI game to 1.6 and install RTR PE.
