Failed To join Game (GS)

Hello!
Before a week was the last day I played rtw online and then I came back from some jobs.
Today I tried to play some more battles, I double-click the game, my name becomes blue (like I am ingame) but after a while I get this error: Failed To join Game (GS)
I don't have hamachi installed.
What to do?

I don't know how that would help really, everyone gets this error a lot. Either keep trying or log out and log in again. If it is someone you know or is expecting you to join they will have a bit of patience hopefully.

I think a number of people changed from using GameSpy to alternatives such as Hamachi - which allows you to set up a 'virtual network' that can handle up to fifteen (15) free Hamachi accounts on each server.

Dude I am in a Clan, I can't leave GS for hamachi.
If I do this I won't be able to play with them.
Please help me!

Gameranger, there r usually a few games on, very reliable, or check your router it may not b configured down to par with Gamespy's network, and so poor connectivity. Something about all ports open or something seems to work. good luck

My ports are opened...
My connection is not poor (12mb/ps).
I 've changed my router yesterday.

Yes, my ports 26220 UDP and TCP are opened, do I have to make any changes at the game folder?

The only thing I have heard since Rome was released including Medieval2/Kingdoms is it's between you and Gamespy or use Hamachi or set up a LAN in the living room. There is no other official support except www.sega.com/support.
