    The Storm is coming...

    info:
    Difficulty: H/H
    Unit size: Huge
    Timescale: (.25 of default) 4 turns per year. a chapter will consist of 2 years I.E. 8 turns.
    Version 2.4 (obviously)
    BD's Heraldry mod.

    Conquest options:

    North and West
    Pros: many rebel settlements to capture early on.
    Cons: many other cavalry based factions to fight

    South and East
    Pros: somewhat inferior enemy armies. More secluded and safe position
    Cons: may get bitten in the arse by Poland or the Rus later.

    Which conquest type should I choose?

    I will begin as soon as I have a few opinions.

    Hmm ,, with the many light cavalry options you should lay claim to open areas of the steppe to North and West before the Rus or Poles .
    This will give a much stronger position to defend against any future attacks
