Looks like the important Teutonic Knights names are already in this list.

Could I have a list of the Teutonic Knights then?

Well, since I was the one who made this list... yes, I filtered through a book called "The Northern Crusades" and various other sources on the Teutonic Knights for their names. Honestly, I don't remember what names are for the Teutonic Knights and which aren't. However finneys, the history of the Teutonic Knights so closely linked to all of Germany, I personally don't see a pressing reason to make a separate list. Most of the Teutonic Knights were not born in the Baltic area, but migrated from Germany proper. Most were sons of nobles who were not given land (being second and third sons, etc.) and thus saw the Baltic area as a place to get land an make a name for themselves away from their home region. It would not only be ok to have a Teutonic Knight with a byname from Western Germany, but typical. Again, I'm no expert, but this is my opinion from what I found while researching the names. Do as you see fit.

In that case, will use the German list.

Would there be any names that are too early for Kingdoms though?

Well, the names lists I composed myself were created within the parameters of 1100-1550. For the Germans, this was quite easy, as there are plenty of sources out there that detail the German nobility. So, yes there are names that are technically too early for Kingdoms, but the bulk of them originate in the later period, when record-keeping was more prominent then in the previous centuries. But look at it this way, a family name that existed in 12xx likely existed well before then, even if we cannot verify that through records. Especially in terms of German bynames; they came from settlements that had existed well before 1300. I wouldn't be too concerned about being exact. As far as first name are concerned, these to existed for a long time before the kingdoms dates, and considering we are talking about an established, traditional society, the names were likely much the same over most of the medieval period. The same cannot be said for every faction; the English, Portuguese and Hungarians are another story.
