    Aha the fix is posted in the Xenophoia forums.

    Turns out for Non English versions of MTW2, you need to do this.

    Copy the complete sound folder
    ***from***
    \Medieval II Total War\Data\Sounds
    ***to***
    \Medieval II Total War\The_Long_Road\Data\Sounds

    Let me know if this works.

    hi i have a problem with this mod.

    i installed the full game.

    Then i installed the update patch 1.2

    Then i added the no-cd patch for the update.

    but when i start playing, and presses the next turn button the game freezes.

    please help me

    seems that no-cd patches cause problems, try a different no-cd patch, it has helped some people

    also I'm not seeing any victory conditions (in game) for the spanish

    -Some unit general with "Captain/Officer" still Invisible (The giants shield unit with captain. Pavist spearmen is one example)
    -Also did you change anything with the battle ai or animation in 2.0 tornnight?

    Awesome, I thought there was something diffrent. I had a two hand unit and they just maul through a spearmen unit.

    Though I have English own M2TW Xenophina doesn't seem to work for me. Nation speaks the wrong language and I install that mod countless time on TLR and other mods. Any way to fix this?

    The starting imam for one of the new factions (the one with a lion as its symbol) has the bishop trait.

    The banners work for me, they look much better than Vanilla, it's harder to tell who's who when fully zoomed out though.

    did this, as i own the german version and no ctds so far with 2.0.0. but the accents seem odd, since the danish and the germans speak with the italian accent and the byzantines have the islamic accent :hmmm: .

    Ok, fresh install of MTW2 with latest patch and then LTR latest build.

    repeatable CTD`s, due to opening info screens to see settlement details, which throws up a lock up because the close button for the screen is missing or greted out, other graphical erors are some Muslim oficers and Khwarizzem bodygaurd appearing as white only models, but mostly CTD through unrexpeted errors, save games and a reset dont help, as the same error appears from the save posistion, cant get beyond 1130 or so without perm error message comming up.

    Any one else haveing such probs?.

    Becouse in TLR therer are new factions you must modify the descr_sm_factions.txt in TLR/data/

    You can also can download it in the forum. There is a topic which deals with the problem

    hm, maybe a stupid question, but y are there *.sd files installed both in the vanilla ui-folder and in the tlr ui-folder (btw,all other mods i know don't use any *.sd files at all...)? and the files are different versions! could this cause the sound-problems?

    No other mod has this many new factions then.

    The sd files are required for the interface graphics (shields). They have nothing to do with sounds.

    You have to put the vanilla sd files in the main data folder so that the Mod ones will take effect.
