Custom Battles
I was wondering if the prices for units would be changed on custom battles in the future. At the moment there are a lot of unit prices that dont make sense. The selucids armoured elephants cost less than their war elephants, and as far as i know all roman legions cost 210 denari. I know this is a roman biased mod but isnt that a bit too much?

The cost of units has to be balanced for the campaign, and here the AI is the issue, if you make units cost what a human would think they should be worth you run into the problem that the AI would only build armies of cheap crappy units because those are the best bang for their buck in the AIs opinion.

Prices in Custom Battles are absolutely meaningless. I've gradually been reducing them as I find disparities. They have no bearing on in-game costs.
