Which was not excluded, I assume you confuse it with: internal workings of the Curia.

Applicants, I'd appreciate if you'd elaborate on the following questions from your very personal point of view:

    a) concerning Citizenship:
    - what is it?
    - does it serve a purpose, if so, what...
  5. Re: [Discussion] Lobbying for votes should be deemed illegal

^Nobody argued that lobbying to participate in a vote would be morally wrong, in contrary to lobbying how to vote in exchange for something (f.e. gratitude). ;)

  7. Re: [Discussion] Lobbying for votes should be deemed illegal

Up until now asking people to vote yes for ones application via pm (meaning behind closed doors) has not been successful (to our knowledge), it has not been during the CdeC era and it has not been...

Inkie, all the above require site resources, have you checked back with the Chief Technician whether he would be willing to grant those resources before we're start thinking of them?

  10. Re: [Amendment] Clarification of/Changes to the Constitution

The wording of the curatorial service medal was changed, so technically it's not restricted to Curators anymore.
  11. Re: [Citizen] Joseph Simonyi de Vitézvár (Patron: General Brewster)

    Closed.

For reference: I do that on my discretion, since M has resigned. If you have quarrels with that, please do comment in the Townhall

We definitely NEED this smiley!! :D
  13. Re: [Citizen] Joseph Simonyi de Vitézvár (Patron: General Brewster)

I can't imagine this going anywhere, I think it would be pretty sensible if the Patron would withdraw this.

  19. Re: [Citizen] Joseph Simonyi de Vitézvár (Patron: General Brewster)

Yes, lobbying for votes as an applicant might be morally wrong, but it's not unconstitutional. Also, this forum is visible to every full member iirc.
  20. Re: [Citizen] Joseph Simonyi de Vitézvár (Patron: General Brewster)

I tend to agree with you.

    Ouch!

Without wanting you to be liable to a SND, was it intentional plagiarism or was it just a silly mistake?

  26. Re: [Amendment] Clarification of/Changes to the Constitution

  37. Poll: Re: If citizenship application votes were transparent, would it affect the way you vote?

That's how it is right now, Bethencourt. It's totally up to the Curator's discretion how he sets up an application poll.
  38. Poll: Re: If citizenship application votes were transparent, would it affect the way you vote?

Personally, I've no problem, at all, with casting my vote in a transparent application poll, mind you, I'm just referring to citizen polls. I don't know, maybe that comes naturally with 4 terms as a...
