I'm in agreement that the economy is far too easy with this mod, once you're established with half a dozen cities. I lowered my tax rate as far as possible, and still had too much money.

Several of the gothic units - two lower level pikes, and all lancer cavalry - have a problem with some of the textures. Some portion of each units shirts are invisible.

Careful what you wish for...I'm playing Dresdens hardcore mod for DEI, and 'hardcore' is an understatement. It'll be good if I can survive another 50 turns...keep the mid/late game interesting, but...
You should add what faction you're playing with, and what difficulty levels. I've played as romans, hard/hard, and the Hastati/Principes can usually clear the walls fine, without heavy casualties...

40 units on this mod would be great. Forty units seems much more epic, and this was an epic period. I've been using forty unit in Darthmod, and it would be hard to go back to twenty.
Can anyone else confirm that 40 unit armies are working?
