2gb. Or rather 1966MB according to the game. But with sli not working it may just be one.Though people I know run it on one 670GTX without any problems with similar settings. This game needs some...
I agree this game has some major issues. 3570 K, granted with a only a modest OC to 4 GHZ. 16GB ram, 2x 670 GTX. Sli doesn't work. Still FPS are playable were it not that the game does a :wub:ing...
Double post. -_-
So, generals are only usuable once, and you have to toss them as soon as they run out of supplies?
Simply, How do I resupply an army? After I besieged Damascus with my Templar army, I ran out of supplies. I've been sitting at Damascus for 10 or so turns, But I'm still 'out of supplies' and...
I always have it. I just do a regedit (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/SEGA/Medieval II Total War) and chance every letter into a capital. That always works for me.
May he rest in peace.
He helped shape many a mod into what they are today.
Whenever I try to start a game with Denmark. After I click the start campaign button, it just fades to the starting menu.
Edit.
It's with every faction now, actually.
Only the daughters that grow up, while their father is faction leader will appear on the map
Seriously dude. I've been reduced to using cheats for my latest campaign, just to see if being in the red affects getting the trait. I've not been in the reds for 20 years or so. But Boom, there...
It's IMPOSSIBLE to avoid it. That isn't cool.
I'm sorry I must not have made myself clear enough.
I was getting at , removing the whole traits from the mod by erasing some lines in some text...
I never have the problem anymore.
Just refuse every marriage, Adoption and MotH event. and you'll have tons of children sooner or later.
It may just be me. But I always end up getting the 'offends the nobility' trait in the firstf ew turns, and I never get rid of it afterl.
Is there any way to remove this whole set of traits?
It has little to do with gameplay, merely aesthetics, but i've noticed in some screensshots that you still use (or just don't have a new one yet) the default general model for the 'western' factions...
They took that away?
Aw that's a pitty.
It was fun racking up as many bloodlines into a single prince =(
Indeed, I am not complaining about it being difficult, It's actually quite managable. It's just that it isn't really a question wether you'll get the trait, but rather a question of when. And you...
This 'offends the nobility' trait is starting to bug me. I've had it in every single campaign I've been playing. But i'll give my current Egyptian campaign as an example.
I was 2 turns into...
I'm just loving DLV, and I was just wondering what you guys have planned for future versions of the mod.
Campaign AI is back into the habit of randomly declaring war on you with ships mostly, but also with armies, even when they don't even border your lands.
I agree that captains are completely bollocks. However, I almost always use my family members in a fight. Breeds nice traits.
AEX sound from any of the Creative Soundcards doesn't seem to work under vista either
Isn't the amount of Chivalry/dread gained tied to the amount of prisoners you let go/execute?
Just take a big ass army, and hunt after 1 unit-rebel armies.
In the light of this topic,
Can anyoen supply me with a list of metropolises in the game?
I find it very very hard to get later-tier castle units, since every metropolis I run into is a city...
Sounds like a solid expansion pack, and a chance of course over previous expansions.
Though the 'legendary;' general thing, and their special abilities, just seem a little off to me.
Hm I like to use the princesses of other factions to mix my blood up with some of the other European Dynasties.
I Married Prince Robert of Sicily to a German Princes, Thus his children got the ...
Ohhh that's spiffy, Lusted.
Are you considering giving thise faction exclusive new Units? =O
I too will express my praise for this mod then. For me it's one of the greats at the moment.
It's a bigmap issue
Lol.
Your fancy geforce won't be any good if you don't have the proper drivers or Direct X versions.
I think that was what Repman was on about.
That is true. Bot all of those are late-endgame units.
Swabian swordsmen (as i know them from VI) where lower-tech.
But one I haven't been able to find an aswer to.
Does AD chances files of vanilla MIITW, or does it instal to a folder á la Lands to Conquer and Deus lo Vult?
Cheers guys.
Looks nice for sure Lusted.
On another note. Are you planning to include any of the provincial titles projects into your mod?
I'm playing as the English and I have tons to spare too. It's probably because the buildtimes, buildcost aren't in a very good proportions to eachother
Nice win conditions. But i don't see very much overlapping really.
I think it;d be interesting if a lot of factions would need the same province in the Americas.
Will the AI know what regions...
Sounds great, and easy to use. Cheers for the people who thought this up.
A little note though.
I think that the mod to the Campaign A.I. (Is it SW's campaign A.I. Mod?) does make the campaugn a bit dull. only 2 of the factions are at war with eachother.
Maybe you should considder making a little FAQ in the first post Lusted, that will prevent you having to respod to a lot of the same basic questions.
Good to see Anno Domini back in the Mod Threads
