I guess I'm missing something here but the Populous mod doesn't seem to work for me. I have all 8 parts up to date and no other mods enabled. Isn't it included ?

Sands of Faith mod for Warband is also quite great. There's also this TW-like game : The King's Crusade, it's not the best game ever, but it is quite fun.
It's just amazing !
The Close Combat series has a turn based campaign, with real time battles. It's old and clunky but really great especially The Longest Day.
Verdun is lacking the Battlefield squad system, the current squad system of Verdun is crap and leads to terrible situations with a team of 4 full squads against a team of 4 squads with one or two...
Neither did Ukraine (Zaporogia), or Turkey (Ottoman Empire) or even Algeria (Regency of Algiers), but does that really matter ? It's how it was called in the game back then and they keep it this way.
I was hoping for a 50% discount on Rise of the Tomb Raider but it looks like it's a 33% discount only and that daily deals don't exist anymore :(
Out of a population of 40 millions people, 8 million french men were mobilized. Out of these 8 million soldiers, 1.5 died and 4.5 millions were wounded to some degree. So yeah, in 1918 the population...
So this game is still alive ? I heard about it soooo many years ago, perhaps I even backed it back then. Interesting !
Civ II was such a great game back then, then the devs became lazy. I didn't enjoy Civ V and I have an hard time understanding why the playerbase is still so high, plus the DLC policy was atrocious....
Same here. The dev seems to be very passionate and deeply involved in his game, the updates are frequent, so I'll buy it.
Easy fix for those who crash while clicking on "custom battles", load the vanilla game, in custom battle set it to the vanilla game instead of Age of Charlemagne, then start the game again with the...
A great day, time to celebrate !
CA said it's an enhanced version of Attila engine.
Any chance to see American Conquest : Divided Nation and Alexander on steam in the future ? I miss playing those great games.
I've yet to see a x64bits game really taking advantage of it.
I just encountered and killed the first avatar and now I can't play the game for ten days because of exams :-(
8 hours into the game, I love despite an awful ton of bugs. Something that I really dislike is how often my soldiers are shaken...
That would fit quite well with how XCOM works, starting with human basic technology then using some futuristic stuff later on. There was a game like that "Silent Storm", it's a bit old now.
I hope someone will make a WWII mod with the french resistance or SAS Commandos, a modern game like XCOM with historical settings would be great. A Wolfenstein mod could be great too.
Ancient TW and Pike & Musket both work on the steam version (campaign/custom battles), the Hellenic TW mod doesn't work at all unfortunately, it only works if you change the EXE with a cracked one...
I'm seriously considering waiting for the first basic balance mods before playing the game as I did with EU back then.
Another piece of art !
I'm a huge fan of CC games, I still play CCV : Invasion Normandy a lot especially with mods. I don't mind the graphics as long as the UI and engine is not prehistorical. 20 years of CC and we still...
The more I see of this mod, the more I like it and believe me, I already like it A LOT !
Yeah Command & Conquer : Tiberium....
I'll buy it if they add customization in the future.
Civil War II is a french game, Ultimate General : Gettysburg is made by a Greek, the Blue & The Gray mod had a german team, The War of Rights is developped by a danish studio, American Conquest :...
Tried to play it again after trying the beta months ago. The PVP seems a bit dead, it takes a while to find a game, even in tier I. The number of people online on a server is not written, but for the...
WOW WOW WOW WOW !
Yeah, the part where killing was an art and an exception is missing in the new AC. You're not an assassin but a street butcher. Even killing civilians is okay now...
The two most popular french video games websites gave 5/10 (Gamekult) and 13/20 (jeuxvideo.com). Not really good, especially if you consider it's a franco-quebecan game.
I wouldn't mind a campaign centered around a character with quests missions and stuff, a kind of test before warhammer. And if you finish all the quest, you can claim the crown of Emperor.
Well Dynasty Warriors and Romance of the Three Kingdoms are made by japanese devs.
Awesome work there ! Any campaign map screenshots of the kingdom of France ?
Sexiest faction roster so far.
Well, Nobunaga Ambitions is very very old series, older than TW so Shogun TW is inspired by Nobunagas Ambitions actually.
If the game starts during the First Baron War, I guess that's ok. But yeah, the king of England was the lord of all his realm unlike the king of France who was only the lord of his "domaine royal".
As a duke of Aquitania, the king of Engand had to pay homage to the king of France who was his "suzerain" or "overlord". This is one of the reasons why Jean Sans Terre, king of England, and Philippe...
The king of England is a vassal of the king of France in your mod ?
