Yes it can, but the all factions playable mod needs to be updated as patch 5 uses a new startpos.esf. Plus this mods own files need to be updated. So have you tried the new version of the all...
Actually all factions playable probably won't work due to the Seleucidf being activated in Patch 5. As it is a new startpos the etrusca fields need to be added back in. Have you done this before ?
I can't even get Dresden's mods to work to work with mod manager. Did you try changing all factions mod to a movie file?
I also have a preference for separate releases. The campaign is urgent, and gives you time to work on battle alone.
