Lets face it, they could not fix naval invasions (the lack of) so they did the same thing with sieges.., AI can't handle walls, well give it the ability to bypass them.., AI can't handle the sea,...

Sorry man.., but point 3 should have been your main concern since M2TW..... I miss old days when I mod that game...
Maybe is not broken, but allways on or maybe they had to disable it because it turns the tactical battle into auto-resolve one because game reaches ludicrous speed...

For me TW series lost his soul after M2TW (I wish I still had my moded version of that game..) the last game I bought.

I think you cant build roads too quickly.., you aren't building a single road you are upgrading all the province... and...
Uhm... Have anyone noticed that Mongol and Timurids units has no upkeep??
May i left them like that or give them a reasonable upkeep?

Well i still think Javelin units are more infantry than missile units.. it's not that hard to throw a spear agains an enemy.. u dont need too much skills..
They have a "hidden" bonus.. u dont need to add more... just remove it and build a road u will see how trade income is better with roads and withot giving them extra bonus..
BTW i think cities...
I think it happens cos default EDU hasn't MAA as a sicily unit...

I can't understand that.. there is a Difficulty setting, isn't it? THEN USE IT create 2-3 AI files to each dificulty level as in other games where AI thinks better and makes better decisions on...
I have toned down pop growth at all levels
Farms give little income, but have more effect on growth pop
Generals are available from 3 tier stables at a rate of 0.1 per turn
I think we should keep income almost untouched.., i like this huge income from merchants, cos it isn't constant and u could be in trouble after loosing 2 of them... moreover higher income = bigger...
Yep.. i have redone too few upkeeps.. when i feel that we have a good balance i will look at upkeeps, availibity and such..
Maybe crossbows should get less range.., but steel crossbows should stay how they are..

Seems i took the oposite way.. Casttles train less units and slower than cities (Casttles have limited room to store or build things..)
I have seen a lot of defend_deep and i think it should be better defend_Raid or frontier.
If AI keeps his armies at cities u only have to siege them and wait then in case u siege one city it...

U need them..., they are part of the smoke mod to make more realistic fire effects for gundpowder weapons
uhm... i haven't touched costs too much.. i have seen town militia with diferents upkeeps depeding on factions, but with equal stats.. one day i will do a good balance on that, cos it has no sense.....
