    RTW with XGM-mod is the best. I've been having lot of fun playing that mod. Best of all the campaign map goes all the way to Indus. Now building Alexander's empire as Seleucids and it's going fine....

    Rebel stacks appearing in RTW & BI is made of many factors; somehow random, slavery, fertile tiles in a province, forts etc. Not sure how it works in XGM, maybe same way.

    OK. After more searching done and that is the way to find out the base unrest. So I made the list with all cities with base unrest %. Native faction is in same format as in the "descr_regions"...

    Does anybody know which cities have permanent base unrest after capturing them?

    Or is there a file I can look into and see myself in gamefiles somewhere? Try to search but only file I could find...

    Yes, it works. When you install XGM you can select Barbarian Invasion or Alexander expansion to be it base. Barbarian Invansion comes with RTW:Gold, so select it.
