This should be easy. Just go to export_descr_unit in you data folder and change the ownership of units for instance barb slinger briton change ownership its at the bottom of the units information....

1.) Some mods have a installer or a setup that come with them (RTR does I believe) however most mods you will haev to place folders in the rtw directory.
