    i think Mount_Mailed_Horse2 is 19 istead of 18,(its 18 in your battle model code file while it schould be 19)

    your script seems too work but it only checks the coordinates that is given,and it checks for every character of that faction,too make it work good i got too give almost all coordinates of the sea...
