  1. [Tutorial] Re: Sebidee's Complete Guide to Warhammer Unit Modding

If you are having a loading screen crash, it is likely you've a problem (probably a typo, unit key or anything really) in either the land_units or the main_units tables.

    Re: Tips for success?

Best way to go about it is to build the garrison building on all your provinces, especially small towns. Yes it takes a while and takes a building slot, but it means the AI will not be instantly...

Re: Does the Bonus Hitpoints Stat Work?

I've been fiddling with the bonus hit points as well, the lords/heroes HP change depending on the unit sizes you play as, with them having max HP at ultra. So that stat is a bit finnicy on them.

I feel the only Legendary Lord/lordess? :P would be for Bretonnia in the form of the Fay Enchantress. Nothing else comes to mind for me. In the current scope of the game anyway, when more races are...

    Re: Creative Assembly praise thread

Why yes, if I wasn't absorbed into the game in the 140odd hours so far, I'd have come here to praise CA. Now that I've come out of the abyss (and about to go back into it btw) I have to say CA did...

Modded in muh Brets, playing as them has been a blast. Imagine the moment when I swarm Archaon with a horde of peasants. :D It happened. The plower came over to Couronne T^T

    Re: First impressions.

The first time I ran the game it took a long ass time to actually start up, but it runs smooth now.

Overall, I feel this is one of the better releases of CA. Pretty satisfied if I say so meself.

  11. Re: Steam reviews gave me a lethal dose of cancer

I'm surprised on how well it runs for me. My pc is about 3-4 years old, well optimized. The AI is decent as well, actually almost beat me once :D. Almost, but not quite. Now all I need is to wait for...

    Re: An Advice

Oh God, 4chan's warhammer section... It is certainly an entertaining read. Though I wouldn't recommend it to someone new as it is, as Hyrule sed, over the top fanboyism. I'd suggest going over to...

Now the Empire soldier looks like a Bretonnian Knight :P Needs a mustache, and a very fabulous head gear adorned with plumes. But these look cool, however I'll stick to the originals.

Re: Sieges will be the worst part of the game

I personally enjoyed siege battles in earlier total war titles such as Medieval 2. Granted, I wish we could have the entire city that they made as an eye candy playable, but I'm not blind to why...
  18. Re: Warhammer requires armies to be lead by lords - assuming lords are limited, army limit again.

Now I'm not a programmer, but I don't think they are incapable of making the AI think "alright, my armies currently are using 75% of my total income, I should stop recruiting until A: I lose troops,...
  19. Re: Warhammer requires armies to be lead by lords - assuming lords are limited, army limit again.

Ugh, if we are taking this into table top terms than I can take as many Bretonnian Lords in an army as I want, only one might be the general, but my only limit is how many points I have to spend....
  20. Re: Warhammer requires armies to be lead by lords - assuming lords are limited, army limit again.

I also think the army limit stuff is just general non-sense, that should be kept in line by how much income you can generate.

But this kind of stuff is relatively easy to mod, especially since we...

  22. Re: Total War: WARHAMMER - Chaos Warriors Campaign Walkthrough

I'm pretty sure they'll flesh out Kislev later. So I don't care about that a whole bunch.

I'd be pissed if Bretonnia was an empire clone though. :P

  31. Re: Chaos vs Dwarves lets play! 2nd vid feat; Dwarves! And guns!

That is your own opinion though. If immersion is number one we might as well simply get a bunch of CGI's for a game where you click to move to the next scene.

What I meant by even immersion has to...

  33. Re: Give modding support is official for WTW, how about a modding section early?

  34. Re: Chaos vs Dwarves lets play! 2nd vid feat; Dwarves! And guns!

  40. Re: Chaos vs Dwarves lets play! feat; Dragon-ogres.
