    Re: Let's Play Viking Forefathers

On the contrary it was pointless on Rome II when you are asked to take a decision when you already know the exact outcome. ;)
Totally agree with other points .

    Re: Revise the Battles

    Simply:

    1) Higher overall morale
    2) slower run speed & higher fatigue
    3) smaller battlegrounds
    4) 30-40 single stack armies with a riserve system

  5. Sticky: Re: Rally Point 24 – Total War: ATTILA Historical Battles Revealed

We are talking about ancient warfare, tactics, battleground strategy replicated on a pc game... I don't think Caesar or Annibal were famous for their great "hand and eye coordination". ;)

Re: Return of the Arcade Battles

Totally agree here, this is maybe the main reason TW battles didn't evolve at all. But the solution to that issue is not a lower morale, we need slower pace, maps more little and, most of all, a...

Re: Return of the Arcade Battles

Same here. Anyway I won't buy or play the game before 6-8 months of fixes, patches and obviously mods. Vanilla is not for me since the first Rome and things didn't improve much since then :disgust:...

  22. Re: Game isn't optimised for people on `NO Timer` mode into mid -late game ...

Well then you're really a lucky guy... I've experienced the "passive siege army bug" in every TW since first Rome, and yes I do remember well the first Shogun era, still the best TW so far imho ;)
  23. Re: Game isn't optimised for people on `NO Timer` mode into mid -late game ...

This kind of behaviour/bug it's in the saga probably since the first Rome, I obviously agree it's a shame (among a lot of other returning bugs...) but I can't imagine any experienced player playing...

  32. Re: What makes you to keep playing your campaigns ?

  35. Re: [patch 11] Seasons, roads, and attrition.

This. You can't pretend too much from CA. Glad anyway they give us seasons finally. Let the modders give constistency to the game. As always.
