the last 3 entries are sea terrain lower them to increase sea movement (i use 5-10)
Influence 20 bug I think it only happens in family tree screen from reports - shame if it is as its a good idea to widen out the influence range

The -100 diplo relations after completing the 5th ritual is in the db tables and there is a mod in the workshop that removes that penalty.

I found the CA worshop tools best for adding factions. With a bit of help from numerous tutorials u can google (the proccess i pretty similar from Rome2)
Might have to wait till those tools come...
Laetus scripts are not in db tables.
