All of the generals which have come of age in my Sweboz campaign lack a tribal affiliation, which seems odd.
I'm not sure if this is actually a bug. Any information would be appreciated.
That would be nice, but in the mean time if a building gives a negative to farming income you can queue it up and check it's precise effect in the settlement details window. It may be different...

Perhaps if that unit has enveloped them from all directions. Disengaging, while it costs you a few men, should cause the unit to route.
I vaguely remember there being some downside to accepting trade rights with factions who you had no ability to actually trade with. Could you remind me what that is?
