Yes there is a way if you familiar with EditSF or SaveParser, load save campaign and you can change number of turns.
Parse "factions" in the save file and should be able to add money
Finally managed to figure it out .Various parts are not in default sections of models and different folders eg. some helmets are in armour folder etc
I have unpacked all 7 packs just to see models in Kit Assembly. Seems that in some variants file there are references to items I can't see. Variant Editor also shows models missing parts like weapons...
same problem with Index outside of bounds after reinstalling Win 10 PRO , prog was working perfectly ok before. Attila's icon is greyed out so guess it does not load some files
If you want to change the units in start_pos created by assembly kit you could use EditSF and edit it that way. With duplicates no idea - I would start from the scratch

Slight problem - PFM works fine but this is what I get at start up
You need to find your character in EditSF and edit Character_Array. Here is a screen from Attila, should work in Rome too

All fragments are in the data pack .Maybe its not possible to use three weapons animations in one model
