I will be glad if someone tell me where to change start screen resolution,it seams a big problem as i cannot support resolutions over 2k. Game seams to work as i hear start screen music but cannot...

i did everything like said.Mod is installed in BI folder.I think it is resolution problem but i don't know how is that possible as i have big monitor (Skyrim was amazing game to play on it lol)
