I finally did it! The problem wasn't because of my mod, it was because of the PFM. I used 3.5.2 and it just can't recognize my Shogun 2 game.

In unit_stat_land i changed Tercos armor from 8 to 15
and in projectile i changed Shogun_matchlock from 100 to 150.

the FotS trailer was very misleading, when i got the game, i was so excited to get my hand on dat amazing Galting and how disappointed i was... imho. Galting Gun is decent, not bad but not good...
