    Garrisons were reworked completely due to EE changes. Now they are provided only by millitary buildings and main city buildings (with few exceptions). So if you want strong garrisons in the city...

    Definitely not as it should be, scroll few posts above, Noif had same issue and fixed it somehow, i guess some conflicting mods or using othe rmod manager instead of the offical one.

    I have no plans for removing CW, there will be update from CA soon which wil lfix several issues with it and some changes from me (smaller chance).

    Dear Radious is very busy man Sir. AI mod is seperate file which is massive in its area, seperated from other mods for many good reasons. EE did basicaly no changes to Ai behavior.
