    All of the UI building cards are the only size that RTW allows. Remember, RTW was designed for 768 x 1024 resolution....anything above that 'stretches' the cards and can make them look a bit blurry....

    The 'mechanism' of RTW just doesn't allow you to destroy a settlement in the manner suggested. Furthermore, the monetary gain for enslaving or de-populating a city is hardcoded in the exe.

    As I mentioned elsewhere, it's Microsoft's removal of SECDRV.sys that causes these problems. If you go back to Win7, don't update it because Microsoft axed it in there as well.

    Weird. I have fixed it in the update, but to fix it yourself, copy that file from the 'Tone\Macedon' folder into the 'sparta' folder under models_units. See if that fixes it.

    I do not recall making any changes to economic settings except to CUT them in all one-turn campaigns. The major changes in RSIII were to settlements and various fixes of bugs and mistakes.
