It's been good so far, some big wars!
Happy to help moderate if needed, also.
Will sign up if the game is deemed worth continuing on with.
Ill be gone in a week for a period of 8 weeks so I won't sign up for this particular game, I'd just end up having to drop out before getting much done, sad as that makes me. If there's still GoT...
Of note is I'll be away and unable to post from the last week in January until mid-March-ish so discount my vote if it's likely any game played will already be concluded by that stage.
Of the ones on offer only GoT interests me. Have voted.
There's a server that we use for one-off sieges using a plugin called Battleblox but there's no server like the old days with persistent factions and stuff.
I don't remember any debate, and I've never not been active: I only post whenever there's an RPG in the Play By Post RPG section I'm interested in, and they're all mainly organised via Discord now....
You know it. I'm clearly the only one rebellious enough to do such a thing. Everyone else does their due diligence as their duty as a Citizen requires.
Voted yes without looking at the application at all, because I can.
Regarding Elfdude's appeal.
It was rightfully overturned so this is more a point of order than anything else, but the Constitution doesn't say the accused can't vote on their own case, it says the...
Considering the Curia's long and honourable history of quickly failing at pretty much any non-Curial task it's given I think it's safe to say that even if this idea is somehow adopted it'll quickly...

Description: A Dwarf of the Lonely Mountain,...
Certainly a poor debating tactic that arguably undermined his own legitimacy but a censure seems too far.
Clearly overqualified already, if he wants Citizenship he more than deserves it, and I've voted accordingly. He's been a stalwart of the RPG section: a key contributor, moderator, and player in the...
I'd probably be interested too.
If you'd care to visit the play by post RPG section of the board I think you'll find that I don't hold any hostility to RPing. It's the only forum I'm still active in, and I was active there while in...
Been tried more than once, with what Baltar said above plus at least this time that I know of. What little remains of the Curia is actively hostile to any change and will never agree to anything like...
I voted but the box for Game of Thrones didn't tick when I voted, so +1 to that as well. My other vote was Sci Fi.
So if I understand income correctly, everyone gets 2,000 a week (modified by buildings) no matter how much territory they control? All territory can only be taxed by the King?
Perhaps you'll want to re-word that bit, then, because that sounds substantially different to the role you're claiming there, Gandalf. "There to mediate if needed" and "all Shed are head mods of all...
Well I'm interested, now or later: if you decide to shelf it just let me know when you un-shelf it.
Would be interested but apparently other games are ongoing? Might be worth letting them wrap up.
Lord Harmund Lefford attended as part of the Lannister party, one of many Westerlands Lords in attendance. He nodded in agreement with Lord Lannister's declaration: the Leffords would back the...
I'm still about.
Very little, short of the intervention of the Seven themselves, would make escape from such a situation possible: deep within the home of Lord Tully, his guards prepared for the arrest, and the doors...
Ok, so I've been out about a week. Can anyone give me a brief update on what's happening? Trot quit so who's king?
Present.

I'm holding the game over a barrel? All I want is for trot to respect the agreement that kept the game together or, if he won't, then I want the Reach affair fixed another way.
I took a really bad...
That's what replaced the old system. Rather than having AI Lords either send everything or nothing (and have players attack any AI Lord that sent nothing as a traitor), that was put in so AI Lords...
He's just changing the rules to fit what he rolled. Are we going to have every LP forced to run a 35% chance that their vassals will back them up if they rebel against the King? The King wins the...
Tyrell rebelled against the King because he forced a peasant judge on the Reach and then sent the Master of Laws to arrest him. The Master of Laws being a Reach Lord isn't relevant, the situation...
Civil war mechanics exist for fights inside an individual Kingdom (eg the Reyne-Tarbeck rebellion) and were designed to stop the LP just calling up all their bannermen and crushing the rebel house...
Tyrell rebelled against the Crown. He wasn't attacking Tarly, Tarly was working on behalf of the Crown.
They were changed and only meant to be used for civil wars. You think Lords Paramount having 35% chance of their own vassals answering them is correct? No. It was a complete mess and should never...
Were they . It was replaced by the rules Trot is now trying to get ditched. He even used the calculator for the new rules.
I don't agree to this at all and it's just you wanting to change rules you didn't even bother following in the first place after the fact. After inventing your own system, ignoring the modifiers in...
The forces of the Vale had regrouped at the central camp by daybreak, and the butcher's bill was in: of the 600 men who'd went south, 332 had returned in any state to continue service; of the 600 men...

Mod here also, please.
Garth Tyrell approached Blueburn Castle, seats of House Merryweather, the Lords of the Grassy Vale. As the only High Lord that declared for his brother Luther Tyrell in his short-lived uprising...
