    Yea that was my prime suspicion also.
    That means it was the SS6.4 Bugfix Compilation(with RBAI in the mist of other fixes) that I installed that caused this.

    Whelp, all my attempts have failed so I have decided to switch all the units to the upgraded models that have no texture issues.
    The only unit that I could not fix is the Roman generals bodyguard...

    You can edit the "descr_events" file in your SS6.3 data campaign file.
    There are more than 1 so choose the campaign file that you installed on setup(early/late)...or just edit them all just in case...

    The problem with horse archers is that their range should never exceed 100-120(there are some with 190! to 200! in SS atm) since the composite bows that were used on horseback differed significantly...

    Ok, I did some tests and the results are as such(so far);

    Venice, Genoa, Sicily, Papal states;

    Broken lances(+dismounted), generals bodyguard and Genoese Patricians have shown the exact same...

    I did not notice anything wrong with the files themselves which is rather strange.

    Could you please post the Venetian bodyguard files from your build so I can test and verify?

    Venetian generals bodyguard(late), also happens to Genoese bodyguard(late) and maybe some others that wear that armor.

    True, but those were done by either a single horseman or a few of them so it makes little sense taking them into consideration.
    Not to mention that those few and even the larger cavalry raiding...
