    1. Dont garrison armies in cities. They ruin PO.
    2. Build couple of PO buildings, temples for converting culture and arenas for massive. PO. Usually 3/4 buildings per province. Dont build buildings...

    Thank you for your contribution. The sea port doesn't provide supplies of the region itself is out of supply. I got too many armies together a few regions further inland. =\.

    Ouch. Well I've conquered Carthage and burned it to the ground. I could defeat two client stacks and one Carthaginian stack too.
