    From what I noticed, the save sorted option automatically removes units/models that aren't used, but also removes extra lines and comments. I use only the regular save option because of this.

    Retrofit is simply the vanilla campaign ported as a Kingdoms mod with it's own mod folder. The Kingdoms Expansion is required however.

    Again, if there are steam players in this hotseat and they can't load the saves, the hotseat will have to be restarted, so this should be cleared out first.

    This is also what happens with land units with high attack and low defense, they can give great victories when attacking, but they can be defeated easier because of the low defense. Not always, but...

    Hardcoded AFAIK. Maybe it's possible to give plague through events or scripts, but it'll plague the city too not just the units, and it could last 3-4 turns.
